The crew did a great job! Aaron Davis the foreman answered all of our questions during the process. He was very friendly and professional. Josh T. and Travis F., the crew members were also professional and nice! They all worked hard, even working extra to complete the job. We would definitely use Alford again for any home project. Great company!

It was a pleasure to meet Dave Tyler and his work was awesome. He has done a thorough job and I was amazed. He is very polite and explaned how all this works. He is a very nice person.

So far so good with the job.  I will need to give it some time to see if the problem is fixed.  The installation crew was a group of good guys and good workers.  The office staff was good.  The Solution Specialist was knowledgable and he explained everything. In fact, one of the top reasons I went with the company was because of Jerry's presentation and knowledge.  

Kevin Murphy is very nice and very good. His presentation was real good and I understood what he was saying to me.
