And if your “free estimate” is a little different than most, Kevin also talked to me on the phone to understand what I needed and emailed me an estimate that same day. We recently had Alford complete a project and I recommend this company to anyone. We found them to be from the beginning, very detailed and cost conscious. We found the material they used to be above what other companies offered for a higher price. The construction itself was done in a most expedient and positive manner. The test of any construction project is how you are treated not only before and during but after the project. Recently, we found a small leak and reported it; the same day the original crew visited, identified the problem, and repaired it. We are completely satisfied with the results. 

Alford Home Solutions has provided great service. Very helpful with any and all problems we have. I would recommend them to other businesses. Dave takes care of any requests in a timely manner.

I had previously posted a negative review for our driveway repair. I am so happy to say that Alford came back and fixed the problems we had with the repair. Andrew and Taylor are excellent at what they do, and I am totally satisfied with their work. And they are super nice guys too! Thank you Alford Company, Andrew, and Taylor for taking good care of us.  I want to tell you what a wonderful job Jaylon Abbott did with the maintenance on my sump pump & dehumidifier. He cleaned the pump & flushed it out with clean water & found a problem with something in my crawlspace and alerted it to me so I could have it taken care of. He did an excellent job & I am 100% satisfied with his performance.

Alford can be thankful for their staff - Jaylon Abbott was an amazing worker. He corrected two problems that existed while enduring freezing temperatures (in a crawl space). Very courteous - great representative for your company. Thankful he was sent. Hard to find such competent young workers these days.
