Our foreman, Josh, and his coworkers, Travis and Terry did a phenomenal job on our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and cleaned up the work space each day. The crawlspace looks and smells so much better! Josh walked us through what they had done at the completion of work each day, taking photos so I didn’t have to crawl up in there. At the end of the job he assured we were comfortable with function of the sump pumps and dehumidifier and walked my husband through the crawlspace to inspect their work. They did a wonderful job and are such a nice team of workers! Thanks so much guys!!

Alford can be thankful for their staff - Jaylon Abbott was an amazing worker. He corrected two problems that existed while enduring freezing temperatures (in a crawl space). Very courteous - great representative for your company. Thankful he was sent. Hard to find such competent young workers these days.

The crew did a great job! Aaron Davis the foreman answered all of our questions during the process. He was very friendly and professional. Josh T. and Travis F., the crew members were also professional and nice! They all worked hard, even working extra to complete the job. We would definitely use Alford again for any home project. Great company!

They got the job done early and did a good job

The gentlemen who did my crawlspace encapsulation left not long ago. I feel as though it is imperative that I let you know how my experience was in the last four days because I was SO IMPRESSED with each of them.    Justin Tyler, Travis Fields, and Levi Blake represented your company not only well, but exceptionally well.    At over half a century old and I’ve never lived in a house with a crawlspace. I’ve lived all over the US and have resided a few years in Asia. No crawlspace. And zero knowledge about them.    Each of these gentlemen took the time to answer every stupid question I had (and I had a lot). Sometimes the same question multiple times. I must have driven them crazy, yet they never made me aware if I was.    I’m a pretty tough person. I don’t generally hand out compliments for just doing the job you’re paid to do. I hope that whoever reads this understands that each of them ARE the five stars you wish to see in your reviews    I was always contacted when they arrived and always kept up to date on what progress was being made. Even today when I had to leave a note telling them that I had to unexpectedly go into work to please contact me when they arrived. I was.    At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left whatever supplies they needed to complete the job in an orderly fashion.    I feel that it’s important for a company to acknowledge a job well done. After all, a company cannot survive without the people it employs, regardless of its reputation.    When the rubber meets the road, it’s the ‘on the job’ workers that can make or break a company.       Justin, Travis, and Levi did Alford proud in my opinion. 

I had a drainage system with a sump pump installed. Every member of their team was knowledgeable, personable, and kept me informed throughout the project. The work was excellent and was completed exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend it!!

The crew that you sent here were without a doubt the best workers we've had doing anything here. If we'd ever have anything done here again I'd want that same crew. Those three young men did a fantastic job.

Reasonable price, exceptional work, the crew was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I needed the work done quickly because I had a lot of water standing in my crawl space. Alford's was able to get it scheduled and the work completed very quickly. I had a big waterproofing job done, and I could not be happier with the crew I had. I had a number of estimates done, and most companies were estimating that the job would take at least a month. Aaron's crew finished it in less than two weeks! I have multiple properties and have worked with a number of contractors. I have never seen anyone work as tirelessly as Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh. The three-person crew arrived early and regularly worked at least 10-hour days. I could not believe the progress they made and how intense they worked. By Day 3, I trusted them with a key to the building (which I have never done before). Aaron put himself in my shoes and treated the project as if it were his own.Additionally, Aaron was a great with communicating at every step of the process. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he made sure I understood what was going on at every step of the process. Amazingly, they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there, which just doesn't happen in this field. I have never been so impressed. If you need any work done, you should specifically request Aaron and his crew. That will be my first call for all of my projects going forward. If Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh aren't available, let Alford know you are willing to get in line. These three guys are worth waiting for!
