Alford's team consisting of the foreman, "Junior" (Jamiel), Chris, and Kaden, completed the outside foundation repair portion of my project today. Even with being hampered by rain, wind, tornado warning sirens, and wet earth, they completed the job on schedule. The whole team was experienced and knowledgeable about the difficulty of the project and work; everyone individually explained details in a manner that even a layman could understand; everyone appeared to take pleasure in the work that they do and the company they work for. Phase 2 was Alford performing the main beam and joists stabilization, with 13 of their smartjacks and 3 sister beams. I can imagine that this was a very difficult job from the narrow crawl spaces. But the team of Marquese, David, and Brandon made my house level again. I got home early on the last day, and Marquese took me underneath and showed me the metal beams that they installed and the strong supports. Every question I had, he answered from experience and knowledge. I also want to give a shoutout to the project manager, Tim, for his rapid responses to questions I had and his coordination with my work schedule, and to Drew for his complete and transparent explanation of the project during estimation. All in all, I'm well satisfied with choosing Alford for this extensive project.

The crew were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I had 2 other companies provide estimates, but Alford's gave me a price I could afford. They did a great job and finished in 3 days!

Our foreman, Josh, and his coworkers, Travis and Terry did a phenomenal job on our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and cleaned up the work space each day. The crawlspace looks and smells so much better! Josh walked us through what they had done at the completion of work each day, taking photos so I didn’t have to crawl up in there. At the end of the job he assured we were comfortable with function of the sump pumps and dehumidifier and walked my husband through the crawlspace to inspect their work. They did a wonderful job and are such a nice team of workers! Thanks so much guys!!

My basement walls were under pressure and giving way. Alfords came in and installed helical beam supports along the entire back wall. Additionally, they updated the floor waterproofing system and installed a beautiful new sump pump. It's so clean and dry and nice in my basement that I am the envy of the neighborhood. Alford recently completely redid our 3-car garage floor which included repairing cracks, leveling, painting & sealing. Fantastic work by Evan Adkins & Carlos! Highly recommend this company. I hope the company knows what an asset Evan is!

Everyone I talked with in the company was cooperative, professional, and knowledgbale. I had another doing landscape woark at the same time and Alford was very helpul in making sure all the work was done as efficiently as possible. I am glad I vhose Alford to do the Helical Piers. I am confident our foundation problems were corrected.

We had Alford Home Solutions replace the tub with a walk in shower and are very pleased. Kevin Harris was the foreman on the job and was very professional, explained what he was doing, worked non-stop and we ended up with a very nice product. Thanks to Kevin and Alford.
