Your sales rep was polite and very honest in telling me what would be done. I gave him the copy of another estimate where they were to install a plug for the dehumidifier and was told you would also do that. I paid in full and after a month almost, I still have an ugly extension cord running through the door of the closet and into my family room. I am very upset about your lack of response as I call Friday 10/24/14 and was told I would get a call back on Monday. So at this time I don't think you would like my survey.
