Awesome service by Colton, a salesperson for Alford Home Solutions! Colton inspected my home’s foundation last week and gave me a quote to have piers and steel rods placed to secure the foundation and prevent future movement and possible further damage. Although I let Colton know this week that I decided to wait a little while to go forward with the job for the foundation stabilization, Colton offered to go ahead and patch some places on a section of my foundation that I was concerned about (my insurance company had asked me to repair that section). Colton came the next day and patched the areas in that section! Alford is fortunate to have such a caring salesperson on their staff -- he represents them well.
