My experience with the sales rep and work crew were great; the call rep not so much. See below.
I did not like being bombarded with requests to take surveys like this one immediately after completion of the project when I was busy cleaning up and reconstructing home systems I had to remove for the project.
The sales rep was fast, professional, and was always able to answer my questions and work with me in determining the scope of my project.
They were very professional and worked diligently for 6 days. They always answered questions and accommodated any requests I had.
Regardless of how much clean up the crew did, it was still a very dusty affair.
