My only complaint is that after your business 'courted and wooed' me with phone calls and e-mails, once I sent in the deposit the conversation was over. Everything was silent. I wondered if you got my check? I wondered when the work would be done. I wondered where Alford was for more than 2 weeks before I recieved a call to schedule the work. There should have been a communication to say, "We've recieved your payment...or, Thank you for choosing... or expect the process to begin in a few weeks..", or anything at all except silence.

What made you choose our company:
I chose Alford because I wanted it done right. The company has been around for a long time and has a great reputation. If a painter does a crappy job, it's easy to fix. The foundation of my house is too important to just let anyone fix it.
