Some of our team traveled to Omaha, NE, for the 2024 SupportWorks Redefine Conference. The annual conference includes department tracks to sharpen skills with in-depth sessions for each gear, breakouts to dive into timely topics and regroup with coworkers, wellness activities to revive the group with fitness activities, and labs to get hands on training with the latest and greatest products and software.
Along with these intense and collaborative trainings, the network holds an awards night ceremony and an epic grand finale party to celebrate and connect.
