Andy Mills has been with Alford Home Solutions since 2018 and comes to the business with previous experience in contractor sales and contractor sales management. Additionally, Andy has training from SupportWorks and Contractor Nation.
A typical day for Andy consists of being in two to three homes helping homeowners understand why their problems exist and what options they have to solve them. He loves the feeling of knowing that he's helping to improve the quality of people's lives by being able to provide quality solutions to problems that are troubling them every day.
Andy enjoys anything outdoors including hiking, fishing, kayaking, and golfing. He also enjoys traveling and weekend trips.

AfterCrawl Space Encapsulation in Scott Depot, WV
The previous homeowner had a drain system installed with a low quality sump and no liner. Our customer was still having moisture issues due to lack of vapor barrier and pump not relieving itself properly. The pump also had no lid so was evaporating moisture back into the crawlspace. Customer had a premier environment for fungal growth, and early stages were already present. We replaced vapor locked their open pump, did a a full encapsulation with dehumidifier, and corrected all of the issues that she was experiencing. Now her crawlspace is adding benefits to her home rather than creating problems.
