Challenge
The customer was experiencing water leaking into their basement.
Solution
An Alford Home Solutions Solution Specialist determined the best course of action to solve the customers issue. The Solution Specialist recommended to waterproof the customer's basement. The specialist flood tested all of the pumps by running water through the system. We do this to simulate a heavy ran ensuring that the system functions properly in all conditions.
